Hair Extensions Prices In Fredericton

Jazz Club 7 months in the doghouse - full (2011)

Good letter

Since then, the original one did not win! We talk about the title chosen for Seville Full for its coming-out and presentation in society. 7 months in the doghouse , is the curious title of the first EP, the quintet of Andalusia, which will be closely monitored.

But beyond the originality of the title, 7 months in the doghouse, presents a serious band, tanned, stylish and with a round sound acquired over the years.

And although now launched their first EP, -once full-Factory, have been working on the stage. Just search for that new sound, did this new formation, with their members, but with new concept and identity.

The result, 5 energetic songs, full of vitality and energy, with half-times successful. 5 Songs, which give off light and color. Fresh air for the national indie, with rates that are near and tiller handle dyes rockers off good vibes. Accessible lyrics, catchy melodies, great instrumentation and a great voice, is the letter of this group to be followed closely.

Slight Glob Of Cervical Mucus

Miguel Campello - Scrap Dealer (2011) Second

Elbicho stops, not separated . Or so they say its components. For now, their lead singer Miguel Campello jumps into the ring alone with Scrap Dealer, an album that could be a natural evolution of the band beyond the person signing.

Elbicho flamenco started to stroke the progressive rock, reggae and swing, all with a festive touch. Scrap Dealer In , starting from the same point, Miguel comes to rhythms pop / rock calmer without leaving the house brand experimentation. The production by Tino di Geraldo and Guillermo Quero is impeccable.

Songs full of feeling as paper sheets, Elvira From Skull or mix with items more luminous as Caracol , For corner or not ask me. Excellent and bewitching the album's title track.

But beyond stylistic nuances, Campello's voice has always been the unmistakable sign of their group, one of the most personal and engaging the current scene. That's what invites you to listen again and again this addictive collection of songs.

A personal work as craft, as it demonstrates the design or the DVD that accompanies the disc, with a video clip each of the 11 songs that comprise it.

How To Have Sweet Voice

- Too Dreamers (2011) Ivan Ferreiro

second album entirely in Castilian Murcia formation with that aims to establish definitively as one of the coolest bands of the electro scene -pop-rock.

And that seems to be the biggest problem that you do not know much dispersion where to place, and therefore are located in an area that prevented anyone take that final leap to a mass audience, which is what your music screams attitude.

The eternal dilemma between independence and the mainstream. The album is to please the public on both sides of the line where they live: cuts classic indie guitar cutting, mainly mid-tempo, mixed with themes focused clearly on the dance floor as an assortment between Phoenix, Bloc Party and Arcade Fire more festive.

Nor is it anything new, because it is something that has characterized it since its inception and became more latent in his last album, the successful fractions of a second, with two clear blocks: pepinazo and mellow mid-tempo. In Too dreamers we have a good album, but far from the level of exquisite compositions as Corner, Better luck or Know. The continuous line may subtract the element of surprise that we are in 2009.

Still, issues such as self-destructive , Muérdeme or Prototype have everything to be real hits stadium, the end of the Second are a live band. But I am left with its most intimate, they have it: the beauty of small things in and sober and perfect NADA, one of the best songs of his career.

After Waxing Wait To Tan

in Logroño Bodegas Olarra

Since a few months ago the city of Logroño announced Catharsis Cycle program this season, a lot of us had noted on 16 April our calendars, and the great Iván Ferreiro, after years and years, finally visited the city. It was not easy, however, to be a special cycle that aims to merge two arts and the world of wine and music, the concert had a very limited capacity for 110 people, and the-few-inputs that went on Sale (more half) flew in a few minutes, leaving many fans of Galician no chance to enjoy his show, which, by the way many here do not even know who he was the little guy sitting at the piano was available to play. In SextoHombreDigital hurry to the last moment, but finally we were lucky to get in, and this is what happened ... We

the beautiful and impressive hall of Bodegas Olarra , a nice place adapted and improvised concert hall. Ivan was immediate and appeared on time, accompanied only by his inseparable brother Amaro and Emilio Saiz, another of his trusty guitar. In this trio format, with Ivan sitting at the keyboard and one hand always attentive to the base scheduled box, the three musicians offered a fun concert started a little cold but it was heating up as they would feel comfortable and wine glasses were falling one after another.

Surely, if among the attendees was a picky music critic, I would say that the concert had several glitches and occasional confusion, but I would lie if I said that we were there it was really big. Ivan pulled sympathy, repertoire and voice (what a voice!) and the audience responded in style, accompanied on each chorus, cheering wildly each time he had occasion, giving Ivan and his warmth of the welcome that we had so desired offer. Ivan

, far from engaging in presenting his latest work, was sharing songs from his four solo albums, always well accompanied by guitars and Emilio Amaro, who also enjoyed a great time, constantly exchanging glances and smiles accomplices, showing that they were enjoying a concert different from usual. The best moments IMHO, came from the hand of Fahrenheit 451, The Whole Truth, Spirited Away, Tournedos and SPNB (extolled both) and, above all, Promises , 80's , "M" and equilibrium is impossible , songs Pirates who played the piano solo and managed to touch us all.

Ivan and Emily Amaro skipped the protocol that makes an exact time concert and stretched over a half hour, a sign of how much they were enjoying, and how well the public was responding. When they finally parted, they took the well deserved and thunderous applause from an audience always faithful to one of the leading musicians of the English pop of recent decades, and came home with the feeling to be given dozens of concerts, best, yes, but the good atmosphere that is breathed, the complicity and intimacy that occurred in the Bodegas Olarra, far outweighs that. We enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed them, and that is something that is always welcome. Hopefully back soon, and miss them ...

Men Who Want To Wrestle Other Men

of privileges, magic and other things like live

We had the great good fortune to accompany Fabian in his mini-tour of the English east, with concerts in the Chamber Matisse of Valencia, in the Ithaca Coffee of Murcia and El Varadero de Gandia. All of them were superbly supported by the great Manolo Tarancón , which manufactured the magical moments on stage.

When you see the lion on the planks, has the feeling of being privileged. Fabian music fans adds up one by one, and meanwhile, the other formats we enjoy close and so close that every note and every word goose bumps.

The first stage of our trip was in Valencia, in the room Matisse. Privileged to about 30, his guitar and his voice was enough to imbue the audience with the ashes of that fire we came to present. From his new album sounded Stones, Snow on the roof , After the fire, an almost unrecognizable plans, real plans or Seventeen, one of the most requested and celebrated. No missed some of those which can be called classics in their repertoire: Changes yours, Like cats, Places , Just , Sunsets or rare words . To round, small decimal with Manolo Tarancón and beautiful do I remember you , the repertoire of Valencia.

Our second season was going to Murcia. They say that the day had gone. A Barcelona-Madrid or something. Another dozen choose privileged knew the scale of importance and enjoyed perhaps the best show of the 3 we had the opportunity to witness. A similar setlist, but with a much better sound to the night before we went a bit more if possible, the particular universe of Leon. Manolo addition Tarancón Carlos Madrid was another special guest of the night, which rose to give a personal touch to rare words. Almost an hour and a half of great music, closed the protagonist with an exciting interpretation of Ambitions , song dedicated to his parents and he closed the distant debut album, Wait spring.

The goal of our particular tour was located in Gandia in El Varadero. Framed within the 2011 cycle Gandiautor , Manolo fired Tarancón with a concert of just over 40 minutes, which reviewed some of the most representative of his career. sounded Gale, Super 8 , easy listening or Two days of truce. I was especially happy to hear American Dessert, one of my favorites of their songs. Short but intense concert, probably the best that I remind the Valencian. What better way to link your concert with that of Fabian back to playing a duet As I remember you, it sounded superb once again. Similar in

MINUTES and intensity Manolo's concert, Fabian shelled some of their best songs before a select audience, but delivered. Sandy Streets , Goodbye storm, violet Two , The flight and again with Manolo, Small Ambitions decimal and with which everybody excited recalling the first time we had occasion to see them live at the same place with the same magic.

CINEMA - BAFICI [13]: International Competition, the final balance

BAFICI The 2011 edition came to an end, marking one of the highest points in its history in regard to the scheduling of its International Competition. But it is not possible to start a final balance not to mention the double award given to the documentary reposent qu'ils in révolte (Les figures de guerre) , French Sylvain George, who was the winner of a section as competitive as it has rarely been seen in Buenos Aires, and also won the FIPRESCI prize. Two achievements that not only highlights the huge cinematic values \u200b\u200bof the film, but also the goodwill of political order that can not be circumvented or disregarded. Because it is still remarkable that a work like that of George, which is dedicated to recording the ordeal of waiting and downtime, which are subject in France pursued illegal immigrants from Africa and the Middle East, has been awarded during presidency of Nicolas Sarkozy in France, well known for its strength against migration flows. As remarkable as it was in Buenos Aires during the administration of Mauricio Macri, in which there have been episodes of violence against immigrants, similar to that harshly portray the end of qu'ils reposent in révolte (Les figures de guerre) .
Beyond politics (or closer to it), the international section of BAFICI counted among his films scheduled at least six others who accounted worthy adversaries for the winner. Films that also had sufficient merit to be the highest recognition, and does not represent an injustice. Within this group should be mentioned Attemberg , The Greek Tsangari Athina, who was chosen best director, the Uruguayan The life of Frederick Veiroj, who received the award for best actor, by the film critic George Jellinek; The Ballad of Genesis and Lady Jaye , Marie Losier, voted best by the public vote, the Student Argentina, Santiago Mitre and documentary Yatasto , Paralluelo Hermes, both with several awards and commendations; and Italy's Le quattro volte of Michelangelo Frammartino.
Although it is difficult to establish a qualitative order on this list, the film represented the greatest challenge for the winner was The life. Starring prominent film critic George Jellinek (who was in Buenos Aires covering the festival), Veiroj film represents a quantum leap in quality compared with his previous work, Acne , which was pretty good. With a superb use of black and white that his story becomes anachronistic, The life begins in a strange way and in the course of the movie ... it gets worse. Veiroj not hesitate to use all tools at your fingertips film for promoting a progressive sense of estrangement that have a lot to do with the aesthetic developed by Guy Maddin, and tell a story within the movie theater. As in some of the films of Canadian director, The life appropriates the resources of classical cinema to twist and generate from them a new and unique world in which no parts are missing so extravagant as hypnotic music (just listen to the song of the great Uruguayan composer Leo Masliah, which starts the film in the middle), and a remarkable apology for the lie, inspired by a text by Mark Twain. The life will premiere in Buenos Aires on Leopoldo Lugones San Martín Theatre Complex, the ideal environment to project a film so lovingly movie buff, in the sense larger this term.
Another documentary, Yatasto , the English settled in Argentina Paralluelo Hermes was another major candidates this year. With great formal rigor and a fantastic camera as risky as beautiful, Yatasto or follows the lives of three boys who refuse to join the city of Cordoba, while a fixed camera mounted in his car and recorded their conversations from them, will revealing an intimacy so tender and painful. No low blows and abuse, the film stresses the viewer Paralluelo between two opposing feelings without ever afford to lose its line of speech, or betray the strong aesthetic criteria that supports it. Among
documentary seems to have been the best of this year's BAFICI. Another outstanding work is the film genre The Ballad of Genesis and Lady Jay and, of France Marie Losier. With a more avant-garde coexist well with his main characters, the musician and performance artist Genesis P-Orridge, one of the creators of the industrial rock scene in the 70's with his band Throbbing Gristle, and his partner Lady Jaye- Loisier get to tell a story of tender love and romance, where any other would have found perhaps only sleaze and perversion. Documentary assembly The Ballad of Genesis and Lady Jaye is a kind of Frankenstein VHS combining fragments with 16 mm, the same way that meets with other footage shot especially for the occasion. An exquisite corpse for a love story of the century. Affirmed
in a more traditional narrative, The student Santiago Mitre get something rare in Argentine cinema, a political thriller that accurately portrays an area very own militancy in this country: the university policy organizations. From there and beyond gender, The student is also allowed to do politics in very different ways, because not only is responsible for presenting some very clear positions on the ground, but offers the viewer the rich game to discuss with them. In the same way as film production built outside the usual structures, it is itself a political challenge in the world of Argentine cinema. The student also has the remarkable work of Esteban Lamothe protagonist, which definitely should have won the award for best actor in the absence of competing with the sympathetic character in Jellinek useful life.
There's not much that can be added on Attemberg of Tsangari Athina Greek director, the film has had more long tour of festivals that make up this group, on which already been written about anything. That operates a formal quality Tsangari enviable his story full of symbols are not permitted at any time lose sight of reality and therein lies the most exquisite of his wealth, that his protagonist Ariane Labed done an outstanding job to the point of never be sure if what we really like is the movie, her character (Marina) or just her. Even one of his flaws, too sterile formalism, as hospital-may also be a virtue: without such action would not be possible to present the Attemberg universe, nor would it be so powerful contrast between this world and creates strange Tsangari humanity of its protagonist.
The end is the powerful poetry of Le quattro volte , Michelangelo Frammartino Italian film that interweaves documentary and fiction to round out a story of intense warmth and sublime photographic record. Almost pictorial vocation, many of the frames of Frammartino not yield to the temptation of moving and fixed, they create the illusion of living pictures, a feature shared with some work from the Argentine director Santiago Loza ( The invention of the flesh , Rosa Patria, lips), who this year became part of the official jury of this competition. As religious reminiscence draws stories its unusual characters: a pastor, a goat, a tree and community life around the carbon cycle. Four markers of a road, which is but steadily becoming of life, always spilling into itself. As if these virtues furan few, Le quattro volte boasts a sensible use of humor as a narrative, in such an elegant and precise, especially in the first half. One of the few films in this competition already has secured its release in Argentina, through the perilous Z Films distributor, who will also be responsible for the arrival of qu'il reposent in révolte (Les figures de guerre) , the big winner this year's Festival of Buenos Aires, a local billboard.
The rest of the list of films in competition must not overemphasize At Ellen's age , Pia Marais (for which its star, Jeanne Balibar, won the award for best actress); Shelter , the Bulgarian Dragomir Sholev; hell Marimbas of Guatemala Julio Hernández Cordón, and Serbia Tilve Ros, Nicola Lezaic. All from a large level not overshadowed at all like those mentioned here above and that enriched the competition with its participation in the BAFICI. A third group of late just Norberto, Daniel Hendler, Morgen , Marian Crisan, The lisière , Geraldine Bajard, and Futures , the English Mecedes Alvarez, met the expectations of integrating a group of films hot spot. The Sword and the Rose , Joao Nicolau; Wasted Youth, Papadimitropulos Argyris and Jan Vogel, I monsters, Parente, Diogenes and brothers Pretti, and Household X , Koki Yoshida, completed List of International Competition hopefully repeat this level every year. Ended
BAFICI: God save the BAFICI!

How To Break Into A Moped Seat

BENT COLUMN - clothing design

Adolescence is a land of myths. Necessarily. Turning point in anyone's life, borders becoming increasingly blurred and that convention here limit between 13 and 20, the teen years are fertile ground for stories that make history: ours. (The Castilian in this case envy the elasticity of English, able to discern between story and history). Stories that time inflates until that memory is fragile and transmuting into imagination takes flight, and goes away. All-who else who less-we have built a hero to the measure of desire and let you live at that time, far from reality, that this will not be damaged. But it happens that heroism is a concept labile, and one that fills him with pride to others is the epitome of pure and simple bullshit. Not the first time I pigeonholed so effectively, nor the last.
In the '80s there was no Internet or Playstation and entertainment had to have imagination and goodwill. The punk I was then, at the right time, and spent three fun years of my life. "They realized that mythology and mythomania are sisters by the mother? Digressions aside, said he had a good time. One of the advantages of punk is that it allows individual recreation, the demolition of a model that you hate and building a new one from the wreckage. That's why I love to ride to punk all broken, and in ruins. It was then that I started to change shirts that I bought at home shirts intervened, in which the old Fido Dido showed his attributes, or other, where under an erect penis and muscular signed myself "I'm a dick." But My greatest achievement was the mutilation of a suede jacket, which he grafted 75 Phillips screws on the back. A night raid, a noncommissioned officer praised me take very seriously before a ride on patrol. He said, "Take off that shit, baby, you're going to ruin the upholstery."
In the '80s there was no Internet or playstation, nor phones with digital cameras. Pay for a photo of those years. Pay ... but not much. The picture does not get along with the myths.

Bird Sunrise

Bird returns to the north!

14 and April 15 were the dates marked in red on the calendar. Days when Bird Sunrise, presented his latest album, Old Goodbyes, the north. Thursday, San Sebastian. Friday, Bilbao.

So we split. Sextohombredigital, on Thursday sent a representation to the Altxerri San Sebastian, and Friday at the Cotton Club Bilbao.

Today, we how was experienced Donosti anticipated concert, and show (with videos) how good it sounded in Bilbao ...

Thursday 14 April.

In San Sebastian, could see. The city breathed uneasily, with the return of past winners of the Jazz Festival. And the result was immediate: Poster of "No Ticket" looking at the door, from hours earlier!

opened the concert the talented local group, Seven C, which is poised for a bright future, from what little we saw of their live! Behind them, climbing on stage 4 of the six components of Sunrise Bird : Yuri Méndez, accompanied by his guitar and his powerful voice; Ester Rodriguez, with his wonderful xylophone and vocals, Peter Lópeh with this extension of your body called the accordion and Javier Jiménez, with his exquisite musical sensitivity to make "moaning" his violin.

From there, the magic began. Began that dream you never want to wake up. They started the first chords of Salt & Spoon, to the delight of those present, and with it a steady trickle of sensitivity and beauty in the form of songs, flooded the room. Beauty in abundance, as which emit the magnificent Song for Evangeline , Ribbon or Done. Breathtaking solo tracks played brilliantly by Yuri Mendez, as Old Goodbyes, I do not want to love you no more , or I am done making fun of myself .
We enjoyed very much with songs full of life, embroidering to interpret the four together as Beggar / Lover or Young & free, as with the brilliant improvisations of their own songs as November , or other authors, like the great Jesus etc. of Wilco.

Before putting an end to the concert, Peter and Harvey ( Barrunto Acorn Band), they silenced the packed room, playing a marvel of traditional music of Roma in the Balkans, called Ederlezi. Gold brooch set point and followed a brilliant and unforgettable concert. Punto

Next, because the bird will fly soon Basque lands. This was announced at the concert. Will be in San Sebastian in June, when we go see them live, with another top-flight concert!

The Classic II Porra

Friends, finished the first Classic with a tie sad one as we all know. After much waiting, the game was intense and struggled, but I think everyone expected more of a decisive match like the Bernabeu , which in the end, both teams seemed to take for good draw. Anyway, this was only the first step in a series of meetings life and death that tomorrow will be a new chapter; the final of the Copa del Rey . Tomorrow, for 90 minutes, Barça and Real Madrid see their faces again, this time in a neutral stadium - Mestalla - with the intention of lifting a trophy that whites have been out and win 17 years Catalans intend to take to increase your distance as undisputed masters of this competition. The show is served and this itself, it seems to be the party of the century, "disappoint?. We think not.

After oramalaC will take the baton (congratulations!) for matching the tie to one that was in the Santiago Bernabeu in SextoHombreDigital want to play with you, and for this we propose a new club. The way to play is the same, who scored the winning result, and as a result is not worth repeating, which first published on the comments it is. The award is also the same, a disk, like the winner. Play, play!.

Low Cost Dental Care Tampa Fl

CINEMA - Letter from George Sylvain, BAFICI winning director: The foreign friends

Paris, April 16, 2011

Good afternoon / evening

Dear friends, dear friends,

independent reasons I will make no Tonight may be physically here with you, to receive the awards that have been attributed to my film qu'ils reposent in Revolt (Des figures de guerre) . This is my first movie (the others have been carried out in parallel), on which work from my early film five years ago, and in which all my energy, my attention has been concentrated.
This focuses on describing the consequences of current immigration policies on the key people involved: the migrants. Policies that are primarily experimental policies, as are the devices that translate and then likely go to great Most of them, courts and justice of emergency controls, harassment and police violence ...
The action takes place in Calais, a town whose name is known across the borders. A city like a gray area, a gap, a space that does not distinguish between exception and rule. Here individuals are treated as criminals, are plundered, "stripped" of their most basic rights that make them subjects of law, and reduced to the status of experimental bodies of "pure substances" or "bare life."
exception to these areas should respond by creating the real state of exception situations and space-time singular which the physical and psychological beings and things are restored to itself. An individual, whoever he is, is profoundly irreducible can not be reduced to social and racial representations that a society can have on him. The film is a medium whose deep resources (game over time and space) can lay bare the mechanisms at work in the dominant representations and by themselves, initiate a process of emancipation, a revolutionary process in the deep sense of the term: the ability , at all times, you can change the course of things. The space
prearranged, disciplined, opposes moving space characterized by other distribution: distribution "nomadic" without fences or steps, in which men are distributed in an open, unlimited, or at least without precise limits. This movement is defined as a liberation movement, continuous, always reset, and goes beyond permanent structures and frameworks of thought established. What counts is not the allocation of fixed perimeter, but the movement and relationships (discordant) between people and things. The border becomes brittle, passage, gap between two spaces and the territory is inseparable from what exceeds it, the relationship with its own outside. Thresholds to replace banks and borders and pens. The space no longer is homogeneous, but heterogeneous and multiple, and taken away from the crowd a bio-political representation, disciplinary, social body mass ... So the issue is not so oriented and positioned, but rather to meet people.
A reduction of the worlds one, authoritarian vision of the dominant political power, the film proposes a process of gearing in the world.
I sincerely thank the Bafici, its director, its developers, the whole team, who had the kindness, brotherhood and politics, to select and schedule my movie in international competition. It is extremely important, maybe today more than ever that this kind of space may exist and to see, read and listen to thoughts, words, images and minority views.
would like to sincerely thank the members of the two jurors who decided to agree to these awards to my film. With these gestures, give a space of visibility extremely important to a film regarded as "difficult", sometimes "annoying", both the subject and the film leguaje employee. It is also a reward to a company that was extremely difficult to carry out material point of view, economic and political. And more fundamentally, I see here an incentive and help extremely important to my early films, and films come.
I am very happy to receive these very important awards in Argentina, among other reasons because this movie no doubt end their tour on the festival here in Buenos Aires. The first screening took place in France in a major festival, the Fid Marseille, with the first version that I considered not quite finished yet. The last one took place here, in that other big festival Bafici, with its final version.
I'm so happy again, because I have a very unique relationship with this country, and it awakens in me memories very deep: in fact, during my childhood and adolescence as the first political posturing, I have participated in numerous meetings and parties in support of opponents of the dictatorship in Argentina. Argentina was a country far away and yet extremely close. In space and time.
Finally, and you want to excuse me briefly say a few words seemingly simple and trivial, perhaps trivial, but they are for me very important. I would like to warmly welcome all the others present in the Bafici filmmakers in competition or not. The fact that films are not rewarded does not mean at all that are smaller and less interesting, important or significant.
I also direct and trans-historical fraternal greetings to a filmmaker well known in Argentina, but that is just beginning to have a reputation in France. A filmmaker who recently discovered in the French Film and whose work I deeply interested and amazed. A filmmaker with great integrity and morality, disappeared by the military junta. I mean Raymundo Gleyzer.
Finally, I speak to this young, this young woman, who does not know anyone who feels lost, he does not know where to go, you can not find their place in society, which has the feeling of starting from zero and be returned to that place tirelessly apparently empty. Who is 18 years in the dawn of life, and yet already has the feeling of being an elder. Because anger choked him, because he lives in rebellion and turned against him. Let me turn that boy, that girl, who thinks that certain worlds are barred him because he is an inmate of a class necessarily disadvantaged. In this young, this young woman who dreams of making movies for example, to make films, but think will never make it because it comes from a medium too modest cultural barriers that stop and symbolic, to him, it would tell you not to lose hope, do not leave, stay tuned to your desires. These desires are oceans of fire capable of destroying the pillars of heaven, myths, dominant and stigmatizing representations also able to give shelter to the unknown, the impossible. A he, she, I say that not despair, not abandoned, and to fight. Who fights for what he believes. That fight both for oneself, for others. Facing
forbidden worlds can only be hidden paths and foreigners take "only chapter of the forks is open to hope," said Auguste Blanqui, a great nineteenth-century French revolutionary. Roads
friends, as one may have foreign friends.
I thank you for your hospitality and for your attention.
soon return to Argentina. Sylvain
George

Charter of the French director Sylvain George, who won the top prize in international competition and FIPRESCI Award during the recent edition of BAFICI [13], for his haughtiness documentary qu'ils reposent in révolte (Les figures de guerre) , which was read during the awards ceremony on Saturday 16 April. A text so lucid, humane and deeply political. To read and reread, to agree or argue, but should not be overlooked. If the text you found interesting, then your movie is mandatory viewing.

What To Say When Someone Is Having A Bby

CINEMA - BAFICI [13] and a final curtain CINE

The 13 th edition of the Independent Film Festival came to an end and leave a very positive balance. First as a space dedicated to a different film, away from the trends that dominate the screens during the year and whose ultimate goal is the dissemination of works, but its commercial exploitation. So the BAFICI is important, because they put an aesthetic-which may be discussed or not, but it is definitely clear and solid-to mere business, becoming one of the bodies most powerful cultural media of Argentina. It is important to understand that this is the priority and not welcome at the box office success. The BAFICI, as the Festival de Mar del Plata, are phenomena that should be supported with conviction, even if not convened as do so many spectators. Encourage and propagate the culture has to be a vocation in which should not influence any cash counts, and that the benefits of a society as rich stimulated with proposals how are you, always go far beyond economics.
programming this year represented a high-level aesthetic challenge, convened in the main section 19 films covering a broad spectrum of proposals. Among them, there are at least seven titles at the highest level and a second group of eight or nine who have graced the public and the competition with their participation. Not to mention the rest of the sections and the different samples and non-competitive focus.
In the group of elite international competition have Attemberg , the Athina Greek Tsangari, the Uruguayan The life of Frederick Veiroj; The Ballad of Genesis and Lady Jaye , Marie Losier, the national The student , Santiago Mitre and documentary Yatasto , Hermes Paralluelo ; Le quattro volte, Michelangelo Frammartino, and the big winner of the festival, the documentary qu'ils reposent in révolte (Les guerres figures of ), Sylvain George French, who in addition to obtaining the top prize was awarded that provided by the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI). It is still striking that these two jurors, one comprised of filmmakers and producers and the other film critics have agreed on their choice. Although it was not unfair to any of the above will take the prize. Merit Sergio Wolf, director of BAFICI four years, and his team of programmers.
That caveat aside, there are a number of reasons why qu'ils reposent in révolte has been chosen. First, because it is still remarkable that a film that follows the itinerary of illegal immigrants from Africa, suspended without certainties transit through Europe, is awarded at the City of Buenos Aires during the administration of Mauricio Macri , shortly after the unfortunate events of the Parque Roca. Because it portrays an original way an issue that needs to be reviewed urgently and that is no stranger to reality throughout Argentina. Because it does so in a raw and heartbreaking, but above all a formal punctiliousness final. Efficient because it uses the tools and resources that cinema offers, photography, sound, editing, for example, not only to present his subject, but to do it with a superlative beauty. Because it gets hard to sustain a narrative rhythm over more than two hours of film, and even from there, move the viewer the feeling of waiting indefinitely to which its characters are doomed. Why not be a political film is allowed to drop pamphlet into temptation or cause a trend in public, but provides the elements that everyone can develop their own views. Because I do not condescend or show sympathy for his characters, but not handled, but leaves the conclusions are the natural outcome of a story that you can not make objections. It represents a declaration of principles made loudly, against a world in which human rights are no longer universal, to become a class privilege. Because this is a film produced from an independence activist and, therefore, represents a comprehensive manner in this spirit that holds the last 13 years, with ever greater strength, this festival is part of the cultural heritage of Buenos Aires and throughout Argentina. Beyond any management, government or political short-lived.

Library: Portraits, Truman Capote

Truman Capote knew first hand the two sides of success. For a long time moved among the cream of society of the time. There was no party or soiree at which he was not present, seizing de ella con su ingenio, locuacidad y su puntito de mala hostia.

En ‘Retratos’ nos encontramos con una recopilación parts, more or less short, more or less acute, Capote made over the life of first-level characters from film, literature, art and society of his time. These scattered writings, the first dates from 1956 and the last in 1983 - found halfway between the semblance and gossip, but is always printed with the style that was carrying Capote, making unsubstantiated anecdotes banal moments into works of art .

The 'first part' of the book comprises a series of six articles, the widest and most personal of the entire book.

Jane Bowles, author of 'Two ladies very serious', and Cecil Beaton, a real talent with a camera in hand, describes them as two wandering souls of atypical and nomadic life. In 'The duke in his domain', describes the life of Marlon Brando in Kyoto, where he starred in the film "Sayonara." Under his sharp pen, Brando appears as a complex man, sensitive and intense that it hides itself, and the Zen and Buddhist philosophy and not let anyone near him. Elizabeth Taylor, recently deceased, became the "dream of an inmate" covered by such legendary purple eyes that have marked an era (not very original here you say). She speaks with mutual friends, as the ill-fated actor Montgomery Clift, and witnesses tortuous moments in his relationship with Richard Burton, full of fights in a double suicide as passionate as destructive.

however, are portraits of his friends makes Tennessee Williams and Marilyn Monroe where Capote displays part of his master, creating chapters, I understand, most perfect and beautiful of the whole book.

Marilyn, a being about to break, and Capote are at the funeral of a mutual friend. Marilyn late, as usual, and are forced to sit in the back row. During the funeral, both have a conversation, sometimes profound, hilarious at times, where they mix secrets and lovers everywhere. In a moment of it, Marilyn asked to describe how Capote. Caught by surprise, Truman does not know what to say. It will be time later, at a dock where they are walking around Brooklyn with the silhouette of cutting the horizon, when we finally found the answer: "an adorable creature."

Truman and Tennessee Williams were best friends, with its ups and downs, until Williams' death. His last years were very bad, compounded by the death of his partner and turned into a spiral of sex, alcohol and drugs. But Truman prefers to remind in its heyday, when his plays, like "A Streetcar Named Desire 'triumphed in the theaters of New York.

"But remember now to Tennessee, I think the good times, fun times. He was someone who, despite his inner sadness, never failed to laugh. He had a remarkable smile. Was neither coarse nor vulgar nor particularly strong, just had an amazing local hoarse tone of Mississippi. It is easy to tell when he entered a room, many people who were in it. "

'Observations' is the second and final part of the book was originally published by New York publisher Simon and Schuster in 1959. The project grew out of collaboration between the photographer Richard Avedon and Capote himself. In this part, the reviews are much shorter and serve as a commentary on the photographs that filled the original edition. Too bad that these photos have disappeared from the English edition. Everything's a shame because a lot more would have enriched the text. For those of you curious, you can enter the page Avedon (www.richardavedon.com) in Archive / Portraits and see these photos, along with many others. I assure you, is worth your time.

Returning to the book. In this set, parade depicted, under the pen and in the end, quite disparate personalities, like the Avedon himself, paranoid perfectionism, John Huston, an increasingly Chaplin jaded, Coco Chanel, a little inspired Marcel Duchamp, Mae West, as a strangely unsafe sexual myth, Humphrey Bogart, all militant moralist (¡¿?!); the writer William Somerset Maugham, another writer, Erza Pound, an ' incurable mad ', the fascist ideas led him to jail and their subsequent self-exile or figure that eclipsed everything: Picasso.

the end leave the three portraits that I really liked all this together, like the odd couple formed by the French writers Jean Cocteau - "an old enfant terrible" - and Andre Gide - "an immoral moralist" - where neither was supported. A Louis Armstrong was known Truman being a child and recalls the duo who took a summer to entertain tourists in a boat that plied the Mississippi. And the most beloved, dedicated to Isak Dinesen, author of `Africa` Away, a novel that was the basis for the movie 'Out of Africa'. A woman who broke the mold: adventurer, hunter, lover ... and now in his old age, so fragile and tiny who seems poised to break, but, as in his youth, still attached to life, squeezing with both hands.

In short, `Portraits' is not made just for music lovers, none of that, this book is another way to approach life and times of great characters the hand of one of the best American writers of his generation. Another way to tell their great successes, and their small miseries.

lives of celebrities, the end of the day. But watch out, here the famous if they were famous for something. Writing this review, I've noticed. Hell, Truman, how I miss your insight in these times of steeples and Estébanes. Dog life.

Mission Bell - Amos Lee (2011)

Aim, Aim!

Take pen and paper, there goes another of the albums of the year, or last years, not to be missed! It is to be genius album has been out of the sleeve Mr Lee. Fourth album

of Amos Lee. Fourth jewel published. But I dare say that this Mission Bell, is undoubtedly the best. Is above the rest, even surpasses his debut! And is that Amos has taken this album thoroughly. It has been associated with a producer of the likes of Joey Burns (Calexico), almost anything! Has had the great musicians who make up his band, and if this were not enough, have been allowed the luxury of having guest appearances, such as Sam Beam (Iron & Wine), Lucinda Williams, Willie Nelson .. .

bestiality album
A 100% recommended. And although in our country Amos Lee , is a real unknown, this man has one of the most privileged voices on the music scene, and a class to compose and perform, unusual! Stuns the soul she brings to her performances the best representative of contemporary soul. His fusion of folk with the best Soul, R & B, and country, is pure delicatessen.

For once will listen to my friend Jack and I will most veneer. I will simply say that I doubt that this year there are many more records than the height of Mission Bell ... aim, aim, and if you dare, give yourself the pleasure of hearing, you will not regret!

The Classic club

This Saturday at 22:00, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will play the first of four games the face in the next month in three different competitions (League, Cup and Champions League). Because each time the two most powerful clubs of football come face to face, the world will stop for the ninety minutes longer than the duration of the game, and fans of both teams will be a nervous wreck until the official end beep. In a duel between the two heavyweights of world football can only come out a winner, and the one to take all three points at the Santiago Bernabeu face combat more successfully the Cup and Champions League matches that will come later. Rarely football has given us such a struggle that is upon us, two of the best coaches in the world on the bench, many of the players rated the international scene on the lawn and in four games to prove who is the King of the season. Almost anything ...

In SextoHombredigital want to live the classic of classics with passion, and we want to organize one of our traditional clubs. It is very simple, you just have to tell us what you think will result in the Bernabeu in the game this Saturday, and whoever guesses (not worth repeating result, he leave it in comments before it is) takes the prize, a record, the one you like, you will receive in your home as soon as possible. worthy winner - Torrente 4: lethal crisis, Santiago Segura: Excess as a rule

One of the arguments against the criticism is that often looks to the movies without having in mind that Godard himself is not the Farrelly brothers, which should be at each he claims. While that statement is somewhat valid, the problem of who should take the time to consider the cinema as an art or creation is not intended to judge the person in charge, but the result, what you see on screen. This item is no stranger when it comes to evaluating Torrente 4: lethal crisis, a new police unpleasant film created by the English Madrid Santiago Segura, which could be neglected by crude, rude and contrary to good taste (aesthetic and political). In part they are right and who the judge. Torrente 4 is vulgar and scatological, and makes humor from such sensitive issues as corruption, sexism, homosexuality, xenophobia and racism. And do not hesitate a moment to use the disabled of all kinds, foreign, old or individuals brutalized as a conducting material of that humor. In short, a worthless movie. But c'mon: it's funny, dammit!
No action is bad per se at the time of making films, the question is why and with what results are being used. The list of mistakes listed is not free, but is meant to serve as a remarkable character José Luis Torrente, a former cop who now does not hesitate to abuse in order to get any personal gain by mean anything. Notable because it portrays strength and grace to a sector of society that is anything but funny, without losing sight of even a second that this is a criticism. Clear that notice must be enabled at least some symbolic capacity and powers mental requirements, as that which distinguishes between good and evil. Torrente 4 judge as racist, homophobic or xenophobic, or simply to right, is like trying to Miki Vanilla is a literal expression Diego Capusotto (who Segura pleaded fan), not understanding that this is a joke the object portrayed. One criticism with his feet in the mud. As for the charge of sexist, because there is nothing to be done: no doubt he is guilty, taking into account the role of a sex toy accessories and is the female figure, not only for the movie character, but as a resource.
is true that while the movie plays with that vulgar humor, on the other allows the use of the classic tricks slapstick and even a pitch to children (the scene of Torrente going undercover in a strange house is a string of gags old, innocent and effective). Even with her grace (and still well above Torrente 3: The Protector ), it must be said that this fourth installment has some loose nuts. The use of 3D is one of them, therefore there are few scenes that justify and none too effective (maybe, just may be as valid one that leads to its ne plus ultra the famous joke of soap in the bathroom). Another weak point shared with the third installment, is the absence of a strong partner: work Kiko Rivera did not come close to the characters built by Javier Cámara and Gabino Diego in the first two. And just a few of the many cameos will be enjoyed by the domestic public (the singer David Bisbal or e Higuain Aguero players), but most belong to the English fauna too homely here do not add grace where they should. In short, Torrente 4 lovers will laugh more nonsensical humor, but not those who are ashamed of this guy out of place (there's always one), ruining the family parties with burps, farts and jokes in bad taste. Have been warned.

How Much Should I Charge For Poster Design

Alex Ferreira is a Dominican song writer based in Spain in recent years. He called the attention of critics and audiences with two wonderful EPs last year and already signed one of the best works of the year, Any Given Sunday. Alex is back with a brand new EP, Dulus Dominicus, and SextoHombreDigital we had the great pleasure of talking with him about this work, projects, dreams, tastes in music and much more ...

First of all, introduce yourself, "Who is Alex Ferreira? Singer

postmodern melodramatic, solipsistic, stateless and rabidly heretic.

six years ago to live in Spain, why did you choose this country?

I'm a fan of Europe and I like to speak in Castilian. Spain seemed perfect.

During your childhood you lived in Santo Domingo, New York and Miami, "let's get on planes once in your life? Do you see yourself growing old in Spain or is it just another stage in your life?

If I stop at a place I feel sick, I need to travel for my mental well being. Nor do I want to commit to a city or lifestyle. Now I have my house in Madrid, but tomorrow who knows, maybe I'm a lifetime or maybe not. Although it would be nice to age in a Caribbean beach.

"If I stop at a place I feel sick, I need to travel for my mental well-being"

You recently released an EP, Dulus Dominicus, do we need to present these five songs or see distant the publication of a second album?

'm a demo of his next album and these songs do not fit me in it. It seemed a good time to post something, but it has nothing to do with the next album. I do not think it takes more than a year without getting a LP.

"Dulus Dominicus" is the Latin name of the cigua palm, a typical bird of the Dominican Republic among other areas, do you have any special meaning to you?

Rather it is the scientific name. I grew up surrounded by these birds and when I was recording the EP I was constantly either.

When cataloging your style, according to historical charges could mean you're a singer, do you consider yourself as such? Yes

write songs and sing them, I guess I'm a songwriter.

"I write songs and sing them, I guess I'm a songwriter"

Following your path, it seems that every time your music leans more towards pop, have you ever thought to surround yourself with a stable band with the twist and burn?

is very difficult, but I love it. You could say that is a goal I have but now I can not allow for economic reasons.

When playing, how do you feel more comfortable in the intimacy of acoustic or with other musicians?

Both ways have their one. The good thing is that when I am so busy in some way I can go to the other and everything seems new. The songs change a lot depending on the format.

striking is the amount of artists with whom he collaborates regularly in concerts, enjoy "putting your voice on issues" foreign "? Who are the musicians who've been best moments on stage?

I love to say in matters outside and suddenly an alien voice singing a song of mine. With whom I've spent more scenarios could mention Ivan Ferreiro, Xoel Lopez or the entire American Caravan. To month I will sing in concert Havalina, so I is very excited.

Dominicus In Dulus includes a song, They circled Discs, talking about the ritual of listening almost extinct vinyl records. Are you a collector of this format? In drafting SextoHombreDigital we are divided, convince us, is it worth investing in "plastic"?

Yes, I have vinyl, but I have CDs, cassettes and MP3s. Listening to music is a very personal thing, everyone does it his way. The song "They circled Discs" is not a criticism of how listening to music right now or anything, it is rather a longing for a time I remember fondly, but that does not mean that we are now at an exciting time . The other day I took a trip of 8 hours and if not for my iPod that would have been hell.

Let's talk about your musical tastes, to start, who would you say are your biggest references?

Antonio Machin.

Imagine a whimsical fire burns your record collection. If I were in your hands, what three save?

Kind Of Blue by Miles Davis, Pink Moon by Nick Drake, Radiohead's Ok Computer.
But lose too much time looking for them, as I'm cooked before.

What is the song that has marked you in life?

"Happy Birthday."

If you could, what musician or band you'd like to share the stage?

Flaming Lips. Recommend

a group that you've discovered recently and has engaged;

James Blake

One of our favorites, what you listen hard when you're alone and you know that nobody can see you and hide when you visit?

I assure you that all my records are in the open from the crowd and neither me blush.

"I assure you that all my records are in the open from the crowd and no me blush"

To go finishing in SextoHombreDigital have a tradition that each interviewed blindly leave a question for the next guest. In your case, Jaime Anglada was who let this question, "What song would you put the day we hear that the war is over for good? Just one. "

" Hallelujah ", but the version of Jeff Buckley.

Feel like leaving a?

you change everything you know to know half of what you ignore?

What projects do you have in mind for this 2011? Will we have new songs from Alex Ferreira?

I hope so, there we are. But very soon it will be like later this year.

Nothing more, Alex, is a pleasure to answer our questions, a big hug.

The pleasure is mine, thanks!

Public Street Pissed By Drunken Babe.divx

CINEMA - Nuremberg: It's lesson for today, Stuart Schulberg: Since last looking at the present

Among the unexpected gems that this year brings the Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente de Buenos Aires, surely it has restored copy of Nuremberg: It's lesson for today , the film's official U.S. government reported the development of the famous trial of the survivors of the Nazi party's senior German at the end of the war. The story of this film is strangely other, including the complex events that had to cross their leaders, and the intrigues and hidden endured when completed.
Originally, this movie had two clear objectives and complementary function as irrefutable proof that the process initiated by the leaders of Nazism had been clean and fair, but also as a lesson for humanity. It would then record a documentary, but not without guidance and line. For this work was entrusted to Stuart Schulberg, who had been responsible in the task of collecting video and photography to document the atrocities committed by those responsible for the German Reich. That search had emerged documentary The Nazi plan, which for 4 hours as realized that the responsible party and Adolf Hitler, had been gaining power, and a second film, Concentration camps, which compiled the images in an hour of horror. Both documents were used as evidence during the trial marks an important milestone, as it was the first time you used this type of audiovisual material as evidence in legal unproceso. Some of the images of these two papers were used to support editing Nuremberg: It `s lesson for today, giving a narrative fluency and cogency in any way that would have been if only he had made with pictures of the trial.
Assembly is the secret of the film. That is where its effect and its ideology: the fact that when playing a declaration of Hitler, in which he says he does not want "no dogs unclean" meddling in its war plans, those words are heard on Images of Pope Pius XII and U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt. Sometimes the appeal is unintentionally comic, as in the case of the string of public statements on Hitler in declaring that a friend of Austria, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Norway, Holland and Belgium, just months before invading with different kinds of violence all these countries. Everything is in images, some of a frightening rawness. The film was released in Germany in early 1948 but, interestingly, never in the United States. One theory to explain the matter is, as always, economic: that the American people know that material could become a strong impediment to the plans of the German reconstruction, via the Marshall Plan.

See the movie has almost 70 years after the events occurred that gave it life, it does produce strange effects. Because if the film ends with a statement of principles, which expects its content (the atrocities recorded, but also the exemplary punishment is given to the defendants, among whom there were Hermann Goering, Rudolf Hess and Karl Dönitz) serve as a warning to those who intend to launch wars of aggression in the future, but today you can not remember so many inroads regrettable war that the United States itself started or stove. Nuremberg: It's lesson for today , shown here with a restored print by Sandra Schulberg, daughter of the director, it remains an interesting possibility to rethink the horror of the past, from the horrors of this.
Nuremberg: it's lesson for today is projected only to the Fundación Proa, Avenida Pedro de Mendoza 1929, in the neighborhood of La Boca, on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 to 19 hours.

Quique Interview Alex Ferreira, Jacob and expectations

Quique Gonzalez was left wanting table after the long tour to promote his latest album, Blues Daiquiri, and together with his inseparable friend Jacob has developed a new series of intimate concert format with only the help of a piano, acoustic guitar and bass.

the idea in principle can not be more attractive, however, and forgive me the audacity, one left a little disappointed the concert last Saturday at the Auditorium Madrid offered Victor Villegas de Murcia.

And beyond the subjectivity that can give the moods and desires point, I have one thing clear: Of the nearly dozen performances of Mr. Gonzalez that I had the pleasure of enjoying it is the worst taste mouth has left me. By far.

And that the start was encouraging. Silver Watch Quique with piano, lovely, of course, connecting with discs before. But the problem was not the songs. Have them in all colors and all of a notable level onwards. However, that did not quite sound as warm one expected. The guitar sounded a bit low, somewhat high voice and the sound of bass ranged between excessive and invaluable.

The repertoire, common throughout the tour. Very held Fito, Yesterday I burned my house or breakwater . As most remarkable sights, slowed down version of Today can be a great day Serrat teacher, the barracks of The of Kiko Veneno and These days Jackson Browne, already adapted to Castilian Enrique Urquijo .

I said, always a great plan feel about this brilliant lyrics but for a server, this time the show failed to live up to expectations.

Ramipril How Long Effective

INTERVIEW - Edgardo Cozarinsky: A montage between memory and fiction.

late nineteenth century, when the world was torn (as always) between civilization and barbarism, African pygmy tribes first entered into contact with those nice little explorers who came from Europe to study almost as curious as they felt themselves against these people high and discolored. But they found it less surprising that skin milky meat almost left them exposed, some of the things that these men brought in his tools. Among they had one that caused a particular reaction among pygmies. It was an awkward tackle, just a box with ostrich legs and a single eye in the middle of the chest, staring that he could copy everything in such detail as it had only been to the water when you're asleep. A terrified pygmies of photography. I believe that this mill was stealing the soul with each new picture. Interestingly, the first thing I learned when I wrote Edgardo Cozarinsky to request an interview, you should accept the condition to do it without photographers present. Then I thought of Africa. Cozarinsky
just published a new novel, the third morning , in which the protagonist seems to make a personal assessment from three nights to remember, like all end up in three mornings that are significant in the history of his own life. Adolescence, youth and maturity views from those nights going into the day as successive steps of a larva from a cocoon to another and perhaps never will be insect.

"You took longer to publish his first book of fiction, bearing in mind that Urban Voodoo appeared until the mid-'80s, and the next, Bride of Odessa, circa 2000.
- Urban Voodoo is a book that was formed only by aggregation of notes, short texts that had been writing. Never before had the courage to finish what he wrote, for fear of publishing, because that means dealing with the public, saying: "Well, I did this, I face, I put the body and if you want to throw, throw at me . 'Then there was that in '99 I was very sick, I thought that was the end, and being in the hospital I started writing the first stories Bride of Odessa. The illness gave me a great push to get ahead, and then say "I have to organize my life, I have to do what I have really wanted and let to waste time on nonsense. " Things speeded up and the books were coming out: is not that I had prepared. Somehow things were stored.
"In that time they did not publish, had more experience as a filmmaker. -Experience
not know if it's the word. Yes there are three or four films that rescue, but was rather a job ... Now write every day to keep me alive, I follow while writing stay alive, which does not mean it will stop making films. But I have no desire to do so within a traditional or conventional scheme, right? Last year I made notes for a biography imaginary and now I'm preparing another called Night , which continues a bit in that vein. Integrate both part one and two of something that probably will have three parts and is a treat because it is the typical film-making is done outside the structures of heavy industry.
-Bernard Shaw wrote that "the best autobiographies are confessions. But if a man is a profound writer, then all his works are confessions. "Is there something like that behind your books?
"There's a part of that, but I like mixing things play on my experience with others completely fabricated. But I do not like a action to conceal or disguise the truth from fiction, but just think what one imagines is part of the experience, because I imagine that once belonged to me and imagine someone else. So even what I imagine is part of my experience, my experience. The imaginary, invented what is perhaps as it lived.
"From there comes the title of your movie.
"Well, yes. What I'll tell you: many of these things correspond to what I would have liked to see happen. And what I would have liked to happen is mine if it did not happen as lived experience, occurred as desire, and that desire is mine. After everything is mixed. I'm not interested a confession by confession, at all: I am trying to invent, but I do from things that have happened or that I know, and then the fabric is sometimes so strong that I do not get to make the distinction between each other. Discuss the latest

Cozarinsky book inevitably leads to any of his previous work, because all of them, as in his films, usually pluck the strings of time and memory, which become cross for fiction in memoirs and multiple times, always different. As some gods Cozarinsky books are unique and all at once.

-time references are also a mark in their books.
'I very interested in the past, because it's like the ecological reserve where things are still gone. For me this is very difficult novel, I think it's something that slips through your fingers. In contrast, the last one is taking things that are left to handle and I find with some surprise, because they no longer exist. They are like pieces of a meteorite that have been on earth.
-120 In the book film stories, Alexander Kluge wrote: "I have no right of ownership over this, but the last mine. [...] I'm afraid to paint the future better than it is. "
-" I afraid to paint the future is better than "is brutal but true. I always distrusted the Redeemer, "singing tomorrows." I do not know what the future holds or what lies ahead, but as the disease: when a drug he expires, there is another that takes place. There is a disease and I need all the disasters of history will supplant each other. Today there is no talk of wars, but everyone is at war. Are partial wars. Junger has a very interesting phrase: "In the future all wars are civil wars." Anyway, let's see what lies ahead Libya today, but if the U.S. intervenes, no good can happen.
"In one of his stories in the book Burundanga! wrote: "Ah, if 'the love that dare not speak its name', has dared to say today that would stop shouting for a moment ...!" What do you think the media coverage of homosexuality ?
"I think there is a positive and a negative side, again. On one side is splendid for an end to discrimination. On the other side becomes a politically correct thing and like all politically correct, it becomes a cliché. For much of American movies could not be present for a black negative character, because it was racist. Before long, he could be presented to black crime. Now it's the same with homosexual characters ridiculous previously was associated homosexuality with effeminacy, were caricatures. Now all homosexuals are noble, beautiful, suffered. And it's going to spend a lot until you receive the bad and evil as homosexual fictional character. At the movies I'm talking about.
- And in reality?
"In reality the universal law of marriage, for example, to me it seems utterly ridiculous, because it has so long fought for recognition of difference and now fight for the right to equality. Someone told me recently, not remember who, that's entirely true, but nobody forces homosexuals to marry, as no one forces women to abort or couples to divorce. That if there is divorce law, the decriminalization of abortion and universal marriage law, no more discrimination. What happens is that my marriage seems to me fatal to an institution worldwide.
"You just mentioned the title of his next film, Night . And the night is one of the worlds in which the characters inhabit his books and movies all the time. What is still searching at night?
"I think that is a legacy of German Romanticism. The night is a on intimate and social place. Light equals all the gloom off relief. Night going to be a film whose sound track will be built entirely with poetry: there will be Hölderlin, Novalis, Robert Frost. Off a lot of poetry, that, not recited. And there's a character that runs throughout the city at night, looking, intuiting, imagining different things. But one of the texts that are not quotations from poetry, but I wrote a text that says something like: "We of the night, we recognize. When others go to seek refuge in deceitful peace of home, we went out to confront with the truth that hides the light and dark reveals. "
, also wrote that the memories in the memory are linked with the same mounting mechanism in the movies. If a film can be mounted in a thousand ways, how these memories can be mounted different memories?
- Uh, totally! But not deliberately: the memory is choosing. Canceled and things you want to delete, will privileging others. The last years of life of my mother, who was sinking slowly into senility, I asked things of the past, some unverifiable, because they were prior to my memory-and what she remembered was different from what I remembered. I do not know if it was senility or, conversely, if he remembered very well and it was my adult memory that things had been canceled because they were uncomfortable. When performing an installation, you choose some things and leave others out. It is very difficult to know how memory operates in this way.
"Then when you write or make movies, and that memory works: you choose what to keep and what to discard.
"Writing is simply choose, make a montage. Ideally, what you choose seems to be the tip of an iceberg and that the reader suspects that there are nine tenths below. That gives you some power, a certain density to fiction. But it has to do with different perceptions of writing. For me is to write and then sort, cut, relocate. Mount, almost cinematically. And I think there are things that once you write them, I release it. Cozarinsky

kindly let me suggest the rest of my questions for another time. I appreciated the courtesy of having thought about it and dismissed me as I was introduced to another man who immediately took my seat and continue with a talk, which is probably also the continuation of a slope, as we have just left. Cozarinsky afternoon mailed me several photos, including a stunning, in which he looks very young as you type with the aid of light that lit Paris one morning nearly 40 years ago. I think maybe he did not want to give them more pieces of his soul to the photographers and may prefer to book what's left for his next book. But surely I'm wrong.
